Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enroll with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SCS Home Inspector Training courses and programs.

1. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund within 3 business days of your original enrollment date, provided you have not yet accessed course materials, attended a live session, or begun field training. Refund requests within this window are honored in full.

2. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel after the 3-business-day window but before accessing any course materials or attending your first session, you are eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable administrative or registration fee disclosed to you at the time of enrollment.

Once you have accessed course materials, attended a live session, or begun field training, enrollment fees become non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3. Rescheduling & Transfers

If you're unable to complete a program as scheduled, contact us — we're often able to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or a different program at no additional cost, space permitting.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email hello@scstraining.com with your name, the program you enrolled in, and your enrollment date. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If we cancel or are unable to deliver a course or session (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or an instructor emergency), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session, at your choice.
